Shelving and Storage

This includes high density, mobile storage systems used in public sector facilities, such as libraries and court systems; education; retail and other commercial facilities to maximize storage capacity.

These systems can require installation of level and parallel rails, to extremely low tolerance specifications, as well as construction of a raised floor or deck, on top of which large carriages of shelving can roll.  These systems can involve complex mechanics, or automation systems, regulating movement and breaking.

Shelving solutions that we regularly install also includes metal, 4-post and cantilever shelving secured to wall or to the floor, which may be surrounded with millwork sides and tops to produce an attractive finish in libraries or professional environments, such as law firms libraries.

In warehousing environments, we install heavy duty shelving and racking which can reach up to 40 feet high.

We also install lockers of all types. This includes large personal equipment lockers, gun lockers and evidence lockers installed as part of public safety projects for cities and towns.

Many of these projects require us to work under large general contracts and comply with OSHA and other health and safety regulations and standards.

We have the experience, the expertise and the necessary insurance coverages to work efficiently with such partners and other trades present in active construction environments.
